These terms apply to Dust & Shine Home Services LLC ("we," "us"), a home cleaning company based in Davenport, Florida, and to our website and text messaging program.

SMS appointment reminder program

• Program name: Dust & Shine Home Services Appointment Reminders.
• What we send: appointment reminders and service notifications about your scheduled cleanings (for example, a text the day before a visit). We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
• How to join: sign up on our text reminders page, or tell us verbally or in writing that you agree to receive reminder texts. We record the date you agreed.
• Message frequency: varies, usually one message per scheduled visit.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed. You can also call or email us to opt out.
• Help: reply HELP, call or text (772) 713-4759, or email hello@dustandshinehomeservicesllc.com.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent: agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.
• Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your mobile number or text opt-in information.

Quotes describe the work and price for each visit. Scheduling, rescheduling and cancellations are arranged directly with us by phone, text or email. Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to change an appointment.
